Tampa Bay Lightning general manager Steve Yzerman has sold his Davis Islands mansion — and another Bolt is moving in. Lightning defenseman Daniel Girardi and his wife, Pamela, paid $3 million for Yzerman's home at 44 Martinique Ave., according to a Hillsborough County deed filed Tuesday. A La Carte, a popular events venue close to Tampa International Airport and the city's Westshore business district, has been sold to a national homebuilder.
