Brazilian race car driver Hélio Castroneves has put his 4,000-square-foot Fort Lauderdale home on the market for $2.9 million, almost three times what he initially paid for the house. Catroneves has won the Indianapolis 500 three times, and is also is known for winning the fifth season of “Dancing with the Stars.” Castroneves' waterfront home is located at 325 Seven Isles Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Tampa Bay Lightning player buys waterfront Davis Islands mansion for $3.3M (Photos)
A Tampa Bay Lightning player is upgrading his Davis Islands real estate. Ondrej Palat and his wife, Barbora, paid $3.3 million for a home on Lucerne Avenue in a deal that closed Dec. 7, according to Hillsborough County property records. The Palats took a $2.3 million mortgage on the home from RBC Bank, property records show.
