A La Carte, a popular events venue close to Tampa International Airport and the city's Westshore business district, has been sold to a national homebuilder. Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. paid $10.5 million for the 15-acre waterfront site, according to a Hillsborough County deed filed this week.
