Grammy-winning producer Timbaland has agreed to acquire two units in the new Aria on the Bay condominium in Miami. Developer Melo Group didn’t disclose the price. However, the units were listed for about $4 million, according to sources familiar with the deal. Ondrej Palat and his wife, Barbora, paid $3.3 million for a home on Lucerne Avenue in a deal that closed Dec. 7, according to Hillsborough County property records.
