Lennar Corp. has reclaimed its spot as the nation’s largest homebuilder after completing the acquisition of CalAtlantic Group. Miami-based Lennar (NYSE: LEN) and Virginia-based CalAtlantic (NYSE: CAA) both received shareholder approval for the merger on Monday.
